EPA, MDE, and Baltimore County to hold Public Meeting on Baltimore County’s PCB Source Track Down Efforts

This just in from the EPA: The meeting will be held on March 24th, 2026 at the Marshy Point Nature Center, 7130 Marshy Point Road, Middle River, MD from 6-7 pm. There will also be an option to join virtually.

In accordance with Section II of the Settlement Agreement resolving the case Gunpowder Riverkeeper v. EPA, Case No. 1:20-cv-02063, we are notifying you that EPA, in collaboration with Baltimore County Department of Environmental Protection and Sustainability and the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE), will host a public meeting on Baltimore County’s PCB source track down efforts on March 24, 2026 from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Marshy Point Nature Center, 7130 Marshy Point Rd., Middle River, MD with the option to join virtually. Representatives from MDE will also be present to provide background information on the PCB TMDL Implementation and Source Track Down Guidance.
