On May 9th, the Maryland Public Service Commission granted Gunpowder RIVERKEEPER® and 126 other interested parties intervenor status in the Maryland Piedmont Reliability Project Update case. We would like to thank everyone that wrote to PSC asking that we be granted intervenor status.
On Tuesday, June 10th, at 10:00 AM, the Maryland Public Service Commission will be hosting a virtual pre-hearing that can be viewed live on Youtube at the Maryland PSC YouTube homepage.
