On August 27, 2026 the Public Service Commission of Maryland ordered the adoption of a new procedural schedule for the Maryland Piedmont Reliability Project. Notably this schedule extends the window for Intervenor Direct Testimony from September 2, 2026 to March 2, 2027 and schedules the windows for subsequent procedures such as Public Comment Hearings and Rebuttals.
