For those interested in the Bush River and Gunpowder River rail bridge projects, The Amtrak Project Team has learned of your interests and is warmly looking forward to introducing themselves to the community.
Amtrak’s Bush & Gunpowder Project Team has a healthy list of comments we’ve amassed so far and will present an educational piece about their planning phase, followed by acknowledging items sent by the Gunpowder Bush Waterways Advocacy Group (GBWAG). Naturally, you can expect a handful of items to get tabled until Amtrak is further along in their process, but this day provides a great starting point for discussion!
There will be two engineers present to assist in the session and Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) will be attending virtually. We look forward to embracing them as community-minded partners and thank them very much for dedicating their time to us!
